    Product Details

The Beaded Half Round nozzle outlet is designed for use where a downpipe is situated in the middle of a run of guttering. This cast iron outlet has a socket on both sides to allow it to be fitted between guttering with a plain end on each side. Standard outlet sizes for the 4″, 4.5″ & 5″ Beaded Half Round are either 65 or 75mm. The 6″ profile can also accept a 100mm outlet.

The nozzle outlet, or running outlet as it is sometimes known, forms part of our Beaded Half Round cast iron gutters range. With a socket on both sides, this fitting is designed to be located in the main run of the guttering. For outlet positions at the end of a run, the Plain Half Round drop end should be used.

Sizes for the nozzle outlet are:

4″ = 240mm with the centre of the outlet in the middle at 120mm

4.5″ = 240mm with the centre of the outlet in the middle at 120mm

5″ = 240mm with the centre of the outlet in the middle at 120mm

6″ = 240mm with the centre of the outlet in the middle at 120mm

The cast iron Beaded Half Round nozzle outlet is supplied in either a grey primer or gloss black painted finish.

Cast iron gutters and pipes enhance the appearance of both traditional and contemporary projects whilst providing significant benefits over other rainwater systems. Cast iron guttering, pipes and hopper heads offer unrivalled strength, durability, low operational noise levels, environmental benefits and a lifespan that makes the installation of these products a once-in-a-generation event.

A gutter is a cast iron trough with a socket at one end and a spigot at the other for making internal and external connections to other gutter lengths and fittings, for example, outlets, that connect to a rainwater pipe. Gutters collect rainfall as it runs off the roof and allows the water to drain away from the fabric of the building into the drain pipes and then the drains. Cast iron gutters should be straight as if badly warped this makes installation problematic. As with cast iron rainwater pipes, they should have an even and consistent finish that will allow for the unobstructed flow of rainwater. Both our cast iron plain half-round and beaded half-round gutters are cast centrifugally to ensure that the gutters are straight and have an even metal thickness.
