The H16 moulded cast iron gutter profile is a large-shaped gutter which would usually be required on traditional properties which require an increased capacity. However, this stylish moulded cast iron gutter design is suitable for both new build and traditional refurbishment projects involving existing rainwater systems. This large cast iron gutter profile is available in either 5” x 4” or 6” x 4” profile widths and is supplied 1829mm (6′) lengths which have a right-hand internal joint. The H16 Moulded cast iron gutter profile is available in a grey transit primer or the Premier Extra gloss black paint finish.
Our H16 Moulded gutter profile is a big profile of Ogee guttering which has a flat base and a more pronounced shape to the face. Being larger than the common cast iron ogee guttering the two sizes offer a significant flow rate for projects with bigger roof areas or steeper roof pitches. More commonly used on traditional projects this cast iron gutter profile is in the Ogee style but with the large capacity it has something to offer for both conservation and modern projects. The H16 Moulded profile has a right-hand internal joint.
Our cast iron H16 Moulded guttering profile is offered in the following depths:
5″x4″ = 100mm
6″x4″ = 100mm
Our H16 Moulded cast iron gutter profile is available in 2 widths and offers the following flow rates:
5″x4″ = has a 1.99-litre capacity
6″x4″ – has a 2.64-litre capacity
It is important to note that the H16 Moulded profile has a right-hand internal joint. Unlike the common Ogee and Notts Ogee profiles, which have a larger left-hand socket, the H16 Moulded profile has a thinner right-hand internal joint. This means that anything fitting to the left will be internal and anything right external. Should you cut off the socket leaving you with a plain end on both sides you will still require internal fittings but you will need to purchase the union clip to attach them.
