The Notts Ogee union clip is designed to join two plain pieces of guttering which have had the sockets cut off. The cast iron gutter union clip sits on the outside of the guttering helping to reduce wastage and costs by re-using cut pieces.
The union clip forms part of our Notts Ogee cast iron gutters range and is designed to reduce wastage by allowing you to reuse cut pieces. This union is specifically for use on the Notts Ogee profile and fits externally to cut pieces.
Even though the Notts Ogee union clip allows for the jointing of Notts Ogee guttering which has the socket removed, it is important to note that it can only be used on the left-hand side for jointing of fittings. You cannot have a left-hand external fitting or a right-hand internal. Due to the shape of the Notts Ogee guttering, all right-hand fittings are external and therefore will not fit in the clip. The Notts Ogee union clip will only accept left-hand side internal fittings as they are smaller than the socket.
For further help with sockets, please click on the socket information button or call one of our team.
Sizes for the union clip fittings are:
4.5″ = 100mm
The cast iron Notts Ogee union clip is supplied in either a grey primer or gloss black painted finish.
