Unlike the installation method of the current bracket, the Surefix Rise and Fall Gutter Bracket doesn’t-cause damage or cracking to a building’s brickwork, and it has been subjected to rigorous industry-testing, including pull-out and downward load testing.

The innovative Surefix bracket design will save you time during construction with a standard four-bed plot only taking 45 minutes using the Surefix Bracket (compared to over 2 hours using the current bracket installation method).
Faster Install With The Surefix Setting Tool
The innovative design of the setting tool easily inserts into a standard drill chuck. The custom design of the slot allows the setting tool to comfortably fit over the end of the bracket stake, which allows it to be easily wound into the plug.
You can safely and quickly install the bracket by drilling a hole, inserting a masonry plug then winding in the stake with our custom-made setting tool.
With this method the Surefix solution doesn’t crack or damage brickwork (unlike the traditional bracket) meaning there is no requirement for follow on trades to check and repair brickwork, saving you both time and money.
The Surefix Bracket comes with a 70mm adjustable slot giving you ample allowance to align the guttering, this adjustment allows you to overcome any deviations or detailing in the brickwork.
The current bracket is designed to be built in by the bricklayer (if H&S allow it).
The problem with this specified method is they rarely get installed on the correct line or at the correct centres, meaning they have to be removed and re-fitted when guttering works are carried out. The Surefix Bracket is fitted once and fitted right.
Fitted once
As the Surefix Bracket is only fitted once it holds firm in the brickwork, the current bracket has to be tweaked and adjusted making it loose and un-safe.
Thickended profile
The Surefix Rise and Fall Gutter Bracket thread is thicker, making it stronger for shear loads, furthermore the slot gives greater adjustment capabilities.
BETTER FOR HEALTH & SAFETY
The current bracket is designed to be built in with the brickwork, this not only causes the potential to be fitted incorrectly by the bricklayer but also creates a H&S hazard for follow on trades. There has been several cases of operatives sustaining injuries from the protruding gutter stakes. Because of this major house builders are banning this installation method meaning the brackets have to be fitted in retrospect.
This is not how they are designed and as mentioned is a slow process which can cause damage to the brickwork.
The Surefix Bracket can be easily installed at any stage once the brickwork is complete.

The current Rise & Fall bracket cannot be used with modular construction unlike the Surefix bracket, we simply change the plug to suit the application then wind the stake in the same. The Surefix Bracket gives you the traditional look on your modular designs.
